busy busy

ok so school ended last week for me, you would think i would have lots of time now, ha ha, not.  We have been very busy.  I am taking this cool technology class this week and mike is prepping for graduation which we are very excited about, he decided to actually walk at  his graduation this time.  So on Saturday he will be walking to receiving his Masters in HR, we are so proud.  Next Week we get to go on our first family vacation, just the 4 1/2 of us, we are excited.  Hopefully i can upload some pics from this weekend for you guys to see.  have a great week

Hello Again

Ok, I know its been awhile, actually over a month, but it has been very hectic around here, guess its just that time of the year.  My little buggers turn 1 on April 29th, can't believe its been a year already, time really does fly.  He finally started walking about 2 weeks before his big day, and I believe he went straight to running and skipped walking.  We also had a great Easter and Mother's Day.  They both loved hiding and finding their eggs and baskets.  The last 2 days has been mommy alone time, the first time i have been alone, no hubby or kids in over 3.5 years, it was nice, calming and kinda quite creepy.  I promise to make a better effort at this from now on. 

Third time's a Charm!!!

What a week!!  No down time at all but it was an overall great week here in our house.  Tuesday we had a big day....... First we had our ultrasound and found out we are 100% having a GIRL!!! yay we don't know what to think though, we are excited but a little in denial, pink and purple, finally.  Tuesday was a big day for Peyton also, he went the whole day without having an accident...100% in the potty, yay!!!  Potty Training what an adventure that is, whew.  We also had a nice visitor on thursday that we had dinner with, The Kepner Crew, well all but 1.  It was very nice to have dinner with them and the Cottrell Gang.  Friday we took the boys to the Ringling and Barnum and Bailey circus..... they had a GREAT time.  Mason was clapping and saying yay the whole time.  Peyton loved it also, especially the flippin pirates and motorcycles.  It was so much fun taking the boys, all three of them, for their first circus adventure.  My grandparents used to take us all the time and to be on the opposite end was just as exciting.  Saturday and Sunday were fun days with my family!! 

What a week

So we started the week with Mason throwing up, which luckily was only about 8am-5pm, weird right?  Then Peyton wakes up the next day with a cough, and of course his breathing starts getting worse.  By Tuesday Mike took Peyton to the doctors where he was told he had another double ear infection, so more antibiotics for the P-man, good news though we finally have the green light to go to an ENT doctor.  Finally after about 6-8 ear infections a year for the last two years we can hopefully get rid of these once and for all.  As the weekend approached Peyton started feeling better and guess who started getting sick..... you got it Mason, I think its a combo between teeth and a cold. Hopefully though we will be all healthy by next week, especially Friday, that's when we go to the Barnum and Bailey Circus!!! 
On another note we are getting excited we have our 20 week sonogram, which reveals the gender, on this Tuesday!! We can't wait!!!

Ok so Mike and I always like to view others blogs and we think they are really cool and we figured since we don't live by family this would be a great way to share what we are up to with friends and family.  Our goal is to upload photos and keep you informed about what we are doing.  Then it will be your choice if you want to follow or not.  Hopefully we will keep up with this.
